To improve your service and convenience, we present the PLN Mobile application with the latest features:

Complaints Your complaint is currently equipped with an Auto Dispatch feature, which makes it easier for you to forward reports directly to technical officers nearest available (applies in multiple locations). You will also get notifications related to blackouts around your location and your home, including when the electricity returns.
2. Payment directly from the application
In order to make it easier to buy tokens and pay bills, we added a direct payment feature that can be accessed from the application. We provide payments using Virtual Accounts, digital wallets and credit card services.
3. Self-Reporting Record Meters
Reduce employee interaction with the house and help us report the electricity meter stand numbers for the calculation of your bill.
4. Submission of Change in
Electrical Power often breaks due to lack of power? Apply instantly change power easier and just in your hand.
